Q. Does Matlock Combat Games have insurance/policies in place?
A. Yes.
We have third party public liability insurance.
All our food is prepared by Food Hygiene trained staff.
Trained first aiders available on site.
Health and Safety risk assessments.
Child Protection Policy.
Registered under Environmental Health.
All Senior Staff are CRB checked.

Q. Will I be required to fill any paperwork in?
A. All players are required to fill in an insurance waiver every 12mths. This is
an insurance requirement and is not negotiable. (available from our website,
Forum or on the day).

Q. Minimum Age?
A. Due to insurance liability 12yrs of age is our minimum.

Q. Do I have to be a member?
A. No, there is no requirement for you to join Matlock Combat Games to play at our site.

Q. How do I book to play?

Q. Can I use a Two Tone gun at your site.
A. Yes. We have no concerns with the use of Two Tone guns at MCG

Q. What will I need to play?
A. Our hire packages includes everything for a days play, this includes:
Game fee
Gun hire
Face mask
Camo clothing
3000 bb’s
LUNCH
All of the above for £45 a day.

Q. If I bring my own camo/face mask do I get a discount on hire gun package?
A. No. The hire gun package price is for the hire of the gun and bb’s

Q. Can I use my own bb’s
A. If you have your own equipment yes you can use your own bb’s, we require all
players to use our supplied bb’s in the hire equipment.

Q. What guns do you offer for hire?

Sniper rifle £50 (package includes: pistol, ghillie suit)

Q. Do I have to pay for any breakages or damage to my hired items?
A. Only malicious damage will be charged as accidents are accepted.

Q. Can I bring my own Pyro
A. We allow the use of TLSFX, BFG (9mm only) and GR20 (5g only) on site this is due
to us having the health and safety data sheets for these items. NO
homemade pyrotechnics allowed on site.

Q. What else will I need for a days play?
A. We highly recommend:
A pair of sturdy boots
Gloves
Hat of your choice

Q. Are refreshments available?
A. We offer throughout the day for 60p:
Hot/cold drinks
Chocolate bars

Along with a lunch package priced at £5 to include any of the following:
6oz burger (Allwoods Butchers of Ollerton special burgers)
Or one of our chef’s specials (varies weekly) to include a selection of the following:
Curry
Meatballs
Hot roast beef/pork
Veggie/vegan option available (please order when booking)
Also included in the lunch package is one hot or cold drink and a choice of
one chocolate bar.

Q. Can we bring our own refreshments (food/drink)?
A. Yes.

Q. Are there toilet facilities available?
A. Yes. Portaloo on site.

Q. Is there parking available?
A. We have parking for 30-40 cars. But recommend on busy days players car share
if and when possible.

Q. What are the timings for the day start and finish?
A. Players are allowed on site from 0800hrs onwards with safety brief starting at
0930hrs prompt. We ask all hire packages to be on site for 0900hrs for gun
brief. Games day finishes between 1600hrs-1630hrs.
1600hrs for collection of players from site.

Q. Can I visit the site prior to booking?
A. Yes. Anyone is welcome to visit the site on open days. Please make
yourself known to Justin or Mick on arrival. (see booking dates on the Forum)

Q. Do you cater for private parties, stag parties, hen parties or corporate events?
A. Yes.
If you wish to attend on a normal open day there are no minimum player
requirements, although we do request a deposit of £10 per player for group sizes of more than 10 hire guns.
If you request a private day for your group alone a minimum of 15 players is
required along with a deposit of £10 a player. Please contact Mick for details.


Q. Can I buy a gun on the day?
A. Current legislation requires a person to prove a legitimate reason for purchasing
a RIF(Realistic Imitation Firearm).
This legislation states that no one under the age of 18 is permitted to purchase
RIF and anyone over the age of 18 must have a legitimate reason to do so ie: be
a registered member of an Airsoft site.
We currently offer UKARA registration with our membership, this requires a player
to have played Airsoft 3 times in no less than 12wks. Following this period
a player can gain UKARA registration and purchase RIF’s.
